What do I get when I buy?

A download link right after checkout, also sent to your email. It's a zip with the webcam-frame overlay, the Starting Soon and Be Right Back pet rooms, Cupcake's Radio, the StreamElements widget files, a step-by-step setup guide and the licence.

What does it work with?

OBS Studio (as a browser source) and StreamElements (as a custom widget, so alerts and your follower goal update by themselves). Other streaming apps that support browser sources, like Streamlabs Desktop, work too, but we test on OBS. Chat commands like !pet work with Twitch chat.

Do I need to code?

No. You change your name, the cat's name, colours and alert text in a settings panel (StreamElements) or in one text file (OBS).

Is the music safe to stream?

Yes. Cupcake's Radio composes original music in your browser as it plays, so there's nothing to get muted or DMCA'd.

Will it slow my stream down?

It's a small 3D scene drawn at low resolution on purpose, so it's light. If OBS ever feels slow, set the browser source to 30 FPS.

Can I use it on monetised streams and YouTube?

Yes. One purchase covers one creator on all of their channels. You can't resell, share or re-upload the files. Setting it up for clients or an agency needs the commercial license.

Can I use my own picture in the alerts?

Yes. Add any picture and it gets rebuilt in 3D pixels. Square pictures work best.

Is there a free version?

Yes. Cupcake Lite is free: Cupcake on your webcam frame, and chat can !pet her.

Refunds?

Because it's a digital download, we can't refund once the files have been downloaded. If anything doesn't work, message us and we'll fix it or walk you through setup. See the refund policy.
