Refund policy

Cupcake's Market sells digital downloads, delivered instantly by email and on your order page.

Because a download can't be returned, sales are final once the files have been downloaded, except when:

• the product doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within 7 days of you emailing us;
• you were charged twice for the same product;
• your download link never arrived and we can't resend it.

In those cases we refund the full price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

EU and UK customers: by completing checkout you ask us to deliver the files immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts.

Custom Cupcake: we refund in full until we send your first preview.

Try before you buy: Cupcake Pocket and Cupcake Lite are free.
